Xiyangyang Qian

Lissi Qian is currently pursuing her Master’s in Comparative and International Studies at ETH Zurich, after graduating cum laude from Leiden University with a BSc in International Relations and Organization. She has previously contributed to two research projects—one focused on constructing databases for conflict negotiations and another examining voting rights in the UN General Assembly. Demonstrating a commitment to international development, she has completed two internships with the UN Children’s Fund during her Bachelor, specializing in market research, fundraising, and public and private partnership. Her interests lie at the intersection of sustainable development, business innovation, and financial policy. She aims to apply her research expertise and knowledge of international organizations to support the EUROPE RE project under Dr. Freudlsperger.
